Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork is a water-borne, fast-drying primer and intermediate coat intended for repair and new painting of indoor paneling and woodwork.
Its excellent adhesion means that Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork can usually also be used when painting on difficult surfaces such as laminate, ceramic tiles, hard PVC, factory-finished woodwork, etc.
Product Description
Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork should be applied generously for good flow. Glossy, hard surfaces should be sanded matt. On absorbent surfaces, Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork should be thinned with 10% water. When painting new, untreated woodwork, any knots should be isolated with
Nordsjö Original Knot Primer twice. Then, prime the surface with Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork. Fill after priming using Professional Wood Filler. Sand the surface finely and dust off well. Apply 2 finishing coats with the chosen topcoat.
The primer coat and the intermediate coat with Nordsjö Original Primer for Woodwork must dry overnight before the final coat is applied to achieve the best results. Do not paint when the surface temperature is below +5 ºC.

Application
Apply Primer for Woodwork generously with a brush, roller, or spray for good flow. On absorbent surfaces, thin with 10% water. Let the primer coat dry overnight (at least 16 hours at 23°C) before the intermediate coat or topcoat. Apply 2 finishing coats with the chosen topcoat. Do not paint at a surface temperature below +5°C.
