Field of application:
For installation, sealing and insulation around door and window frames, infill panels, sealing under base plates, between cellular plastic and lightweight concrete elements, and for underground penetrations.

The foam is supplied in a pressurized container with HFC-free propellant.
Upon application, the foam expands immediately as it leaves the nozzle and then continues to expand during the curing time.

Preparation:
- Contact surfaces must be cleaned of grease, sand, dust, etc.
- Moisten the contact surface with water (spray bottle) before foaming (does not apply in sub-zero temperatures).
- Cover surrounding surfaces. Apply, wear gloves and shake the can vigorously at least 20 times, screw on the nozzle properly and hold the can upside down.
- Fill only approx. 50% of the intended space because the joint foam continues to expand during curing. For the best (densest) result, try to adjust the volume so that you avoid having to cut off the excess.
- Multiple layers of foam should be filled in stages with water spraying between each layer.
- Protect the foam joint from UV light. Cleaning: Uncured foam is removed with AA290 Foam Cleaner. Cured foam is removed mechanically, e.g., with a sharp knife.
Limitations:
Not recommended for surfaces made of silicone, Teflon, polyethylene, and oily surfaces. Not suitable for movement joints. Must not be exposed to UV radiation.

Drying time: Tack-free within 10 minutes, can be cut after 60 minutes depending on volume, air humidity, and temperature. Full load-bearing capacity after 24 hours. In sub-zero temperatures, the drying time is significantly longer. Temperature resistance -40°C to +90°C, temporarily up to +130°C. Application temperature -10°C to +35°C. For best results, heat cold cans or cool down warm cans in tap water to room temperature. Cell structure: Fine.
Paintability
Can be painted over after full curing.

Storage
Store in a dry place. Aerosol packaging, must not be exposed to temperatures above +50°C.
Consumption
Volume increase after application: 500 ml can yields up to 22 liters of finished foam (free quantity) at 23°C and 50% RH. 750 ml can yields up to 33 liters of finished foam (free quantity) at 23°C and 50% RH. Fire class B3 DIN 4102
