Instructions for use/Application

Apply with a brush, paintbrush, or roller. Untreated concrete surfaces should be primed with Hagmans Asphalt Primer or Hagmans Cold Asphalt thinned with 20% white spirit. Then apply undiluted Cold Asphalt.
