Gjøco Proff Tak og Loft is a water-thinnable, low-odor, solvent-free, and anti-reflective PVA dispersion paint for indoor use in dry areas. Used as a primer and topcoat on ceilings made of building boards, plaster, concrete, fiberglass wallpaper, and filler.

Product description
Pre-treatment
The substrate must be solid, clean, and dry. Clean with Gjøco Hustvätt or Biokleen Målartvätt Inne, and rinse well with clean water. Smooth surfaces should be matted down with sandpaper. Discolored surfaces should be primed with Gjøco Proff Isolèr to prevent bleed-through. Untreated masonry, previously whitewashed surfaces, and heavily contaminated surfaces must be scraped, brushed, and primed with Gjøco Primer for masonry and concrete before applying Gjøco Proff Tak og Loft.
Application
Gjøco Proff Tak og Loft is ready for use and should normally not be thinned. Apply 1–2 coats as needed. On absorbent substrates, it may be necessary to apply several coats to avoid spots. Eco-labeling Gjøco Proff Tak og Loft is approved by the Nordic Eco-label and meets the requirements for the Swan eco-label. Accepted according to the Byggvarubedömningen assessment criteria, BVB. Storage When storing leftover paint, replace the lid securely to prevent spills and drying. The paint must be transported, stored, and kept upright, in a dry place, and frost-free. Waste management Liquid paint and wash water must not be emptied into drains or into nature, but delivered to an approved collection point for hazardous waste. Empty, clean, and dry plastic packaging without handles can be delivered as plastic waste. Other information Stir well before use. Package sizes: 2.7 L and 9 L.

Recoating interval, minimum: 2 hours. Varies with changes in temperature, humidity, ventilation, and film thickness. Full adhesion is achieved after 4 weeks of curing.
Minimum application temperature: +5°C. Best results are achieved when applied at room temperature.
