Terms and conditions for SMS service

The Hemmavid SMS service ("the Service") is operated by Hemmavid ("Hemmavid Nyttorps AB", "we" or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we also reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Hemmavid’s SMS service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of Hemmavid. The messages are sent via your mobile carrier to the mobile number you have provided, even if your number is registered on national or other "do not call" registries (such as the NIX-registret). SMS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Messages may be related to the Service, such as updates, notifications, and information (e.g., order updates and account information). They may also be marketing-related, including promotions, offers, and other marketing (e.g., abandoned cart reminders).

You understand that you do not need to sign up for this service to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition for purchase with Hemmavid. Your participation in the service is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS messages imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile carrier for more information. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS messages, including charges from your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. To unsubscribe, text the single keyword STOP to Hemmavid or click the unsubscribe link (if provided) in any SMS. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to multiple Hemmavid SMS services and wish to cancel them, you must, unless otherwise required by law, unsubscribe from each service individually by following the instructions in their respective terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-register for the Service with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
