Smart tips for your painting project

 

  • Stuff a bit of newspaper into the gap between the panel and the trim before applying JOTUN acrylic sealant with a caulking gun.
  • Also apply acrylic sealant in the gaps between the panel boards and smooth it out with your finger.
  • Use a roller and finish each panel board with a wide brush.
  • Load the roller thoroughly with paint.
  • Paint two boards at a time.
  • If the panel is too narrow to paint with a roller, use a brush.
  • Products with different batch numbers must be mixed before you begin to avoid color variations.
  • Clean brushes and rollers with Jotun Brush Cleaner.
