Paper tape with a laminated paper front. Butt-Tape is designed to be used for overlaying butt joints on plasterboard. Butt-Tape counteracts the "bulge phenomenon" that occurs when using traditional paper tape.

The tape is optimal for use where extra high demands are placed on surface smoothness, such as on difficult surfaces with raking light.
