Photo light is a photoluminescent paint that remains visible for up to 8 hours after exposure to natural or artificial light.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
PHOTOLIGHT stores natural or artificial light to release it in total darkness. It enables the creation of safety markings and marking systems without the need for an electrical power source, both indoors and outdoors. It can be used for:
Emergency exits
Safety areas in tunnels
Location of fire-fighting equipment
Various signaling
PHOTOLIGHT can be applied to various surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, wood, metal, stone, plastic, paint, textile, and more. Its high afterglow quality meets the requirements of DIN67510 and NF X08 050 Class D.
COMPOSITION
Binder: Acrylic
Pigments: Latest generation photoluminescent (longer durability and intensity). They are free from lead, cadmium, and radioactive material.
Solvent: Mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbon and ester

Can with a gross volume of 650 mL; net volume – 500 mL

APPLICATION METHOD
Nature of the substrate:
For optimal photoluminescent effect, the substrate should be white, clean, and dry. The effect will be lower on dark surfaces. The use of Fluo Marker white (ref. 131300) is recommended.
Protection:
Protect nearby surfaces to avoid overspray.
Before use:
Shake the aerosol upside down to mix the paint thoroughly (you can clearly hear the mixing balls).
Application:
Hold the can upright and apply the spray at a distance of 10/20 cm from the surface for precise marking. Apply three thin and even layers with 5-minute intervals for optimal effect.
During use: Shake the spray regularly for an even and constant application.
After use: Purge the spray upside down for 2-3 seconds (until only gas comes out) to clean the valve and nozzle. This purging is NECESSARY to optimize the function of the aerosol until it is empty.
Photoluminescence activation:
To activate the photoluminescence effect, expose the paint to natural or artificial light beforehand. Markings exposed to light during the day will be visible throughout the night.
PHOTOLIGHT can be used manually, with our application gun (ref. 432442), or together with our stencil range.
Can be used down to -15°C. When used below -15°C, the pressure and quality of the spray may deteriorate due to high pressure drop at very low temperatures.
