Substrate
The substrate must be clean, stable, and dust-free; larger defects should be pre-filled. The substrate can be gypsum board, concrete, lightweight concrete, or masonry.
Application
Used as a conventional filler, applied by hand. Fill the gypsum joint with filler and apply the paper tape, pressing it firmly into place. Let the filler dry. Then fill as many times as desired (2) and increase the joint width by approx. 5 cm per application until the joint is filled. The same procedure applies to the installation of paper-faced metal corner tapes.
Sand with fine-grit sandpaper, grain size 180 or finer. Remove dust from the surface before painting or wallpapering. Follow the supplier's instructions regarding the material used as a surface finish.
Consumption: Joint filling approx. 0.38 l/m², skim coating at 1 mm layer thickness approx. 1 l/m²
