Description
Gjøco AquaShield Siloksan Masonry Filler is a structural filler based on silicone emulsion. For outdoor use on all types of plaster, foundations, and concrete. Especially suitable for older abraded surfaces with cracks, peeling, or other irregularities. Use as an
intermediate layer on primed or previously painted mineral substrates when system painting with AquaShield Siloksan Masonry Primer and AquaShield Siloksan Masonry Paint.

Pre-treatment
The substrate must be clean, firm, and dry. All old loose paint, lime, loose plaster, and dust must be removed with a wire brush/scraper.
Clean with Gjøco Kraftvask to remove grease and contaminants, rinse with clean water. The surfaces must be dry before further treatment, and plaster repairs must cure for at least 4 weeks before overpainting.
All technical defects must be addressed before further processing. It is important that the substrate is firm to ensure good adhesion. All bare, untreated plaster/concrete must be primed with AquaShield Siloksan Masonry Primer.
Application method
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. The product is applied with a brush and
must be cross-brushed for the best possible structural leveling and crack filling. For filling
irregularities and cracks up to 5 mm thick. Must be painted over with AquaShield
Siloksan Masonry Primer.
AquaShield Siloksan masonry products should not be used on
horizontal surfaces such as floors, etc., that are exposed to heavy water loads. Do not paint in direct sunlight or if there is a risk of rain or dew during the first hours
after finishing the work.
Storage
Close the lid tightly when storing paint to prevent spills and drying out.
The product must be transported and stored upright, dry, and frost-free.
Waste management
Liquid masonry filler material must not be poured into drains or released into the environment,
but delivered to an approved reception center for hazardous waste. Empty, clean, and dry
plastic packaging without handles can be delivered as plastic waste.
Other information
Stir thoroughly. The product must not be exposed to frost.
