Description
RUST-OLEUM® B95-Flexible Epoxy System is based on a 2-component, modified low-molecular epoxy resin and is almost entirely solvent-free. The product is suitable for flexible substrates such as asphalt floors and checker plate or workshop floors and other floor surfaces exposed to impact, abrasion, and chemicals. Thixotropic version for roller application.

Description
RUST-OLEUM B95-Flexible Epoxy System is developed for application on concrete, masonry, and hand-cleaned, blasted, or primed steel.
RUST-OLEUM B95-Flexible Epoxy System is primarily intended for airless spray application but can also be applied with a brush or roller.
RUST-OLEUM B95-Flexible Epoxy System provides the necessary corrosion protection in harsh industrial and marine environments; high humidity and damp conditions.
RUST-OLEUM B95-Flexible Epoxy System is, thanks to its flexibility, particularly suitable for concrete and metal floors and provides good wear and impact resistance; porous substrates should be primed with RUST-OLEUM 5401 IMPREGNATION PRIMER; very smooth/dense surfaces, such as ceramic tiles, should be primed with RUST-OLEUM SUPER ADHESIVE 3333.
RUST-OLEUM B95-Flexible Epoxy System can be applied directly to well-cleaned or galvanized steel, to itself, to RUST-OLEUM 9170/9180 Primers, or to Epoxy Rust Primer 9169.
This product is also suitable for application on old, thermoplastic paint layers such as chlorinated rubber, vinyl, etc. If good U.V. and/or chemical resistance is required, RUST-OLEUM RUST-O-THANE® POLYURETHANE TOPCOATS, System 9600 should be applied.
Prime absorbent substrates with Rust-Oleum® 5401 Impregnation Primer.
Cracks should be widened with a grinding disc before repair. Prime and repair "dead" cracks with 5401 and 5180.
Live cracks are primed with 5401 and filled with B95 + sand (max 3 parts by volume sand / liter B95).
For entire floor areas, self-leveling B95SL is recommended, which provides an impact-resistant surface with a super finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
The two components should be stirred well separately before mixing. Mix according to the "boxing method" or with a low-speed mixer.
Mixing ratio
base : activator = 1 : 1 (parts by volume)
Reaction time* 15 minutes for a 10-liter batch at 20°C
Pot-Life 45 minutes for a 10-liter batch at 20°C
Dilution with at least 10(vol)% 160 Thinner extends the Pot-Life by 30 minutes.
* Let the mixed product stand and react before starting the application.
DILUTION & APPLICATION
Brush: 10 to 15(vol)%; RUST-OLEUM Thinner 160
Use brushes with long natural bristles
Roller: 10 to 15(vol)%; RUST-OLEUM Thinner 160
Use Perlon rollers with medium pile, approx. 8-12mm.
For roller application, two coats are recommended to achieve the recommended dry film thickness.
Airless spraying: 5 to 15(vol)%; RUST-OLEUM Thinner 160
Pneumatic or electric equipment
Nozzle: 0.015 - 0.025 inches Pressure: 250 - 300 bar
Cleaning: Use RUST-OLEUM 160 Thinner
Disposable brushes and rollers are recommended.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The ambient air, substrate, and material temperature must be between 10 and 35°C, and the relative humidity below 85%.
The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point.

Maximum dry film thickness per coat: 500my, equal to 505my wet.
