This oil is not only suitable for maintenance but also gives your wood a new surface. Marks from heels, various types of scratches, and spilled food can no longer damage the durable wood floor, cork floor, tabletops, or worktops, thanks to this wood care oil. This product is suitable for all indoor wood surfaces, furniture, and also gives beautifully treated floors a long lifespan. Natural ingredients are used in Premium Hardwax-Oil. This also makes this wood care oil suitable for children's wooden toys. The oils penetrate deep into the pores of your wood, thus enabling deep treatment and a long lifespan. The oil dries within a few hours and is particularly breathable, moisture-regulating, and resistant to household chemicals as well as coffee, wine, or juice. With this wood care oil, you are perfectly equipped for everyday life. The wood care oil is particularly easy to apply and dries quickly due to its consistency. Thanks to the modular Premium Hardwax-Oil system, the wood care oil can be adapted to your specific needs regarding wood protection and use: - Premium Additive Hardener 2K, the hardener accelerates drying - Premium Additive UV Protection, Ecoline UV protection reduces the natural color change caused by light - Premium Additive Anti-Slip R10, anti-slip additive provides a non-slip surface. The amounts of additives are exactly matched to the respective container contents and can be easily mixed. Proper care: SAICOS Premium Hardwax-Oil should, if possible, be used outdoors or with open windows with sufficient air circulation. Depending on signs of wear, the wood can be renovated with hard wax oil every two to three years - so you get well-treated wood that looks like new. The product also gives the wood greater durability and regulates the moisture balance. Saicos Premium Hardwax-Oil with natural ingredients is particularly suitable for hardwoods. They ensure high resistance and durability in everyday life and protect against weather and UV rays. This combination of care and protection is particularly effective with Premium Hardwax-Oil: With this coating, you ensure that liquids, scratches, or food stains do not damage the wood and are therefore easy to remove. Instructions: For several construction projects in the property, floor finishing should be carried out last. Ensure that residues and emissions of previously used silicone and other chemicals are completely removed before further handling begins. Sand the raw wood thoroughly and take measures to ensure a smooth and even finish is achieved over the entire floor surface. Use Ecoline Crack Filler to seal minor gaps between staves and planks (see separate product information). Follow sanding recommendations from the Swedish Flooring Trade Association (GBR) and the current wood floor manufacturer. It is important to remove all previous surface treatments and any residues from, for example, tape, filler, and glue. Adapt the sanding by using P120 (up to P150 on hardwoods) as the final sandpaper. The recommendation for final sanding grain applies to belt sanding. Clean the surface using dry cleaning methods for sanding dust, first with a vacuum cleaner and then with a microfiber mop; use only dry cleaning methods to remove dust. Sanding dust should be considered flammable – there may be a risk of spontaneous combustion! A newly sanded wood surface should be treated immediately. Newly sanded wood is, among other things, sensitive to moisture, dust, dirt, and stains from liquids and sweat. Use shoe covers, disposable gloves, and clean, lint-free clothing and tools when entering the floor surface and during surface treatment. Ensure a dust-free environment during application and during the product's drying time. Indoor climate: where you are to perform your work, the temperature should be 18 – 22 °C in combination with a relative humidity (RH) between 30 – 60%. Wood material being treated must have a maximum moisture content of 12% and be acclimatized to the indoor environment. Do not apply and never store SAICOS products in direct sunlight, on underfloor heating, in the cold, or under other abnormal conditions.
