Product description
Pre-treatment
Turn off any floor heating before painting.
New concrete surfaces must have cured for at least 1 week and be dry and free from dirt, oil, and the like.
Cement laitance must be removed by, for example, diamond grinding, sandblasting, or acid etching.
Use Hagmans Dust Binder 1K as a primer to increase adhesion and further strengthen the surface of outdoor concrete, such as balconies or stairs.
On untreated wood surfaces, knots should be treated with Hagmans Knot Primer, and the entire surface should then be primed with wood/joinery primer to reduce the risk of discoloration from wood resins (especially applicable to wood surfaces to be painted in white and light colors). When painting over existing paint, the surface must be sanded matte and any loose paint removed.
Application
With a brush or roller. Should be applied in two coats. When priming on absorbent surfaces, dilute the paint with 20% water. Ensure good ventilation.
At humidity levels above 85%, a matte and
blotchy surface may occur. Brushes and other
equipment are cleaned in water.
Minimum surface temperature is +5°C.

After painting
Wipe tools thoroughly before cleaning in water. Close the can tightly after use and store out of reach of children. Liquid paint residues must not be poured into the drain but taken to a local recycling center.
Paint residues must not be poured into the drain. Metal handles must be separated from the plastic can when recycling the can.
