Description
Gjøco Power Cleaner is an alkaline detergent for exterior house surfaces. Effectively removes grease, pollutants, and black mold before repainting. Gjøco Power Cleaner has a slightly matting effect on the paint film and is therefore suitable for use before repainting. Avoid getting the cleaner on glass and metal surfaces.

Product description
Application
The surface must be dry before treatment. Apply Gjøco Power Cleaner with
regular movements from the bottom up and ensure that all surfaces are dampened (avoid
streaks). Avoid running cleaner on dry surfaces. Let the product work for 2–5
minutes (do not let it dry). In case of heavy soiling, use a brush.
Rinse with clean water using a garden hose. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water from top to bottom. A high-pressure washer can be used, but note that high pressure can lead to
wood peeling and water intrusion. Do not use in direct sunlight. Avoid spraying Gjøco
Power Cleaner directly on plants. Spills should be rinsed away with water.
Storage
Containers must be kept tightly closed to prevent spills and drying out. The product
should be transported and stored upright, in a dry place, and protected from frost.
Waste management
The product must not be emptied into drains or into the environment but delivered to an
environmental collection point. Empty, clean, and dry plastic packaging can be delivered as
plastic waste.
Additional Information
Contains sodium metasilicate and lye (sodium hydroxide). The liquid is corrosive. Do not
swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Use gloves and safety goggles. Avoid
splashing in the eyes because the product contains lye. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately
with plenty of clean water. In case of accident or illness, seek medical attention immediately.

Low-pressure sprayer, sprayer. Rinse off with a garden hose.
Recommended coverage: 1 liter of cleaning solution to approx. 15 m2
Mixing ratio: 1:30 (1 liter of Power Cleaner to 30 liters of water)
Minimum application temperature: 0°C. Best effect at 20°C. Should not be used in direct sunlight.
