Colors set the mood and highlight what you want to paint – whether you choose the same shade, tone-on-tone, or let a few chosen elements really stand out and make a statement. Gloss – low or high (from 2 to 90) – indicates how matte or shiny the surface will be. The gloss affects how light is refracted and therefore also how you perceive the color you have chosen. Ceilings and interior walls are often painted super-matte, which provides a soft and pleasant impression like silk. You can choose a matte paint even for woodwork – or accentuate profiled moldings and paneled doors with a slightly higher gloss. It is entirely a matter of taste.
Paint is the technological mixture that treats and protects different surfaces. The color selector guides you to the right paint for your project.
